Where to buy a house in the Wirral

Hi. I am returning to the Wirral after being in Australia for 30 years. I was a kid in Nocturum back in 1974 and I am very much out of touch with life there. I would like to purchase a home but would be grateful for feedback on areas and lifestyle. I have a 6 year old son, love old character homes and would like a moderatly quiet neighbourhood............any thoughts anybody........? Was looking at Meols and Bebington.

  • Hello, if you are looking for a character home in an extremely quiet yet central location, you may be interested in my home. It is situated in the Oxton conservation area, though it is not listed. Built around 1850, of local sandstone. Full details available on -CH43 area - priced at £329950. Oxton is an extremely sought after location, with good schools (Birkenhead School) and excellent amenities. Take a look at the details and if you would like any more information please let me know. Good luck. Kind regards.. Oli Thomas

  • If you Google "Property Wizza 2.0", "Property Detective", "Street Check", "Find a Hood" and "UK Local Area" you should find some useful information about the Wirral. For crime data, also check out "UK Crime Stats" and "Police UK". Thanks, Ruban
