Renting Requirements

My wife and I expect to be back in the UK by June this year. We expect to live in Northumberland somewhere north of Newcastle. As we have been away for over 24 years and also property owners we do not have a tenancy record. It will be difficult to find a guarantor. We will have the means to pay several months in advance for a property up to 1000 pounds PCM. Please advise if it is realistic for us to easily rent a property on return.

  • Hello, As long as you and your wife have a good credit rating in the country you've been living in, I wouldn't envisage many problems. It's worth dropping a line to a few lettings agents over the next few months to check what you need to have in place before you move back. Good luck. Thanks, Ruban
