  • Hello, Zoopla does not promote private listings and they work directly with estate agents who are bound by law to be truthful in their property marketing which provides protections to both the buyer and seller. To ensure your property appears on Zoopla, make sure you select an agent who lists their properties with them. You can follow the below link to find a Zoopla qualified estate agent. Hope that helps.

  • Hi, Unfortunately you can't list directly onto Zoopla as a private seller. Get some agents out to see you and make sure they are listing their houses on Zoopla. I would also want my property listed on Rightmove too so make sure the agent you choose lists on both. Regards Charlie

  • Hi, Zoopla only allow for estate agents to advertise here. therefore if you do want to list your property on Zoopla you would need to instruct an estate agent who advertises here to sell your property. You can search for local agents who advertise on Zoopla using the "find agents" tab at the top of this page.

  • As others have said no, However you can advertise with an online only estate agent, who will give you more control and may let you submit your own photo's, for Zoopla and Rightmove
